Service Description

Don't have time to book in a session? This is the perfect answer! The nature of the guidance that Inspire Co provides, lends itself to little snippets of learning that is guided by video interaction of you and your little one. This means we have been able to 'think outside the box' about new ways of delivering services to those who want to make a difference in the lives of their children. As a parent, I know that between the myriad of commitments we have as parents and the unpredictable nature of our little ones and sleep times etc it can be difficult to commit to appointment times. We realize that sometimes it's easier to be able to record a moment on video with you and your little one and I will respond by recording my guidance as little information snippets (a bit like a recorded webinar that you can watch at your leisure). It also means that if you want to pause and re-watch a section, it's there for you to do as many times as you like (instead of having to take in every moment whilst you're have face-to-face session). To help me better understand your child's current interactions and how we can support their development, I'd like you to take a short 2-minute video of a typical moment where you're engaging with them. This could be during playtime, mealtime, or any routine activity. It doesn’t have to be perfect! Just capture a moment that feels natural. Once you’ve recorded the video, you can share it with me. By reviewing the video, I’ll be able to see the way your child responds to certain cues and offer specific strategies to enhance their social and emotional growth through our Marte Meo approach. Let me know if you have any questions or need help with sharing the video. Looking forward to working with you on this! These sessions will all be booked in on a Saturday but I will complete the guidance as soon as possible after receiving your video clip.


Cancellation Policy

Telehealth Booking Policy 1. Appointments - All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth platforms. - Interventions are tailored for children aged 0-5 years - Bookings can be made directly through our online scheduling system or by contact us. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling - We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of the full session cost. - No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. 3. Fees & Payments for NDIS participants Session fees are covered under NDIS funding for eligible participants. Please ensure your plan includes therapy under ‘Improved Daily Living Skills.’ Payments must be agreed to prior to the session through a service agreement with NDIS plan managers. 4. Late Arrivals The telehealth link will stay active for 10 minutes past the scheduled time. If you arrive beyond that, the therapist will not be available. If you arrive late to a session but within the 10 minutes, we will do our best to cover all planned content, but the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent clients. 5. Technology Requirements Ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to a device with video and audio capabilities for the session. Please log in 5 minutes before the scheduled time to troubleshoot any potential technical issues. 6. Confidentiality All telehealth sessions are confidential and conducted through secure platforms. We follow privacy laws to ensure the safety of your information.
